Stemming from our research findings these tailored online dance classes for older adults are designed to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls. Classes are structured with a 15-minute warm-up aimed at raising heart rate and increasing mobility, pliés, tendus and Graham and Limón modern-inspired dance routines followed by seated stretches.
A tablet or computer with stable internet, Zoom and a webcam are required.
