We are dancers and scientists interested in creating evidence-based community dance programs for improving fitness (strength & balance) throughout the lifespan.
Our work primarily focuses on how online training can be particularly beneficial for older adults who may face difficulties in accessing traditional in-person programming. We are inspired to create fun, engaging and accessible exercise programs that help promote independence and quality of life.
