Strength & Conditioning for Older Adults

Strength and conditioning classes, are designed to build full body strength, increase mobility, increase balance and coordination, and increase cardiovascular conditioning.

Class includes a 10 minute warm up, 2-3 circuits of strengthening and conditioning exercises, a 10 minute cool down and stretch.

No previous workout experience required. As an athletic therapist and strength coach Aislinn’s goal is to help you be active in a safe and effective manner, taking into consideration any injuries or aches and pains you may have. This class is meant to complement your daily activities whether they be gardening, tennis, picking up your grandkids, or carrying your groceries. 

A tablet or computer with stable internet connection, Zoom and a webcam are required. 2 dumbbells and 1 small elastic are recommended.
